No, Dragonball AF is the story contrived by fans and not by akira toryiama or toei animation, the pictures on the web are maked by fanarter (fans)...
so dragonball Af is only a dream

But i have question...who Akira sold license? Toei Animation? I yesterday look at site and he sold too american anime
But when i watched the Goku Jr film i think its first AF but its not AF
Akira cant do next DB couse he sold license...so bye DB we can only play games PSP only this

Akira dont do game for PSP only sometimes PSx but budokai 3 its good game for psp...I dont know why toei anime dont do next Dragon ball they buy licensed for more money and dont do nothing with Dragon ball...
