The best program to make music vids is Adobe Premiere: it is not a free program but you can use the trial version for a bit an then you can try to find it... we can't give anyone a software that is not our property!
There are other good video editing programs (like Ulead Video Studio), but it's up to you to provide yourself with them... sorry!
