Most of us are Italian (Dragon Ball Arena is an Italian site) and it's difficult for us to explain how to use Adobe Premiere in English because we should tell a technical language!
In our site (the Italian version of it) there is a whole section dedicated to Adobe Premiere (the old version 6)
