Download Error!

I've been trying to download media(amv's/clips) and I only get a page that says "Non posso aprire il file! Torna indientro". I don't know what it means but its been going on for awhile now....please fix it

We already know that!
We've got a problem in our database that controls many of multimedia downloads. Since the webmaster Gogeta was having his holiday and came back only the last night, we couldn't solve it before and hope to fix it in a few days, so please be patient!
