problem whit the download in ftp

i have an problem whit the passwort in the ftp.
how can i get the passwort.

is www.dragonball.net not the passwort.

Some of our files have a password but it is www.dragonballarena.net and not www.dragonball.net!
I don't know if you wanna mean that you can not open files downloaded from our site or other!

anche io ho un sito ma questo inglese mi sembra un pastrucchio unico... uso l'FTP ma non riesco a capire quale sia il problema...

Also das problem hatt sich gelöst die ftp seite ist nicht eure ich dachte das weil der typ www.dragonballarena.net da stehn hatte der hatt alle serien DB\DBZ\DBGT lol
