April 25, 2007: A package left at a women's health clinic in Austin, Texas, contained an explosive device capable of inflicting serious injury or death. A bomb squad detonated the device after evacuating the building. Paul Ross Evans (who had a criminal record for armed robbery and theft) was found guilty of the crime.[28]
December 6, 2007: Chad Altman and Sergio Baca were arrested for the arson of Dr. Curtis Boyd's clinic in Albuquerque. Altman's girlfriend had scheduled an appointment for an abortion at the clinic.[29][30]

Allora non esistono fondamentalisti islamici, seguendo questo brillante ragionamento. A me pare che tu stia cercando di sigillare la mente dall'idea che esistano persone che usano un'ideologia che con molta probabilità ti è molto cara per scopi orribili. Di certo non ti metterai a negare che esistono estremisti islamici, ma se lo affermi dici praticamente che l'Islam è una religione barbara e violenta, che permette gli estremismi, a differenza del Cristianesimo, che invece a priori non può semplicemente creare qualcosa di simile. Io non ho mai detto che l'islam è il male o cose del genere, anche perché, per come la vedo io le 3 grandi religioni monoteiste sono la stessa cosa, solo con piccole variazioni dovute a geografia ed altre esigenze.
Come dice Gianni il problema non è cosa sia un fondamentalista islamico o cristiano, il problema è cosa si intende. Per fondamentalista islamico si intende terrorista, per fondamentalista cristiano si intende razzista psicopatico. Ma sappiamo entrambi che il senso comune che viene date a queste parole non è quello reale.
Tra l'altro gli esempi che tu mi porti non sono giustificazioni per un cristiano che commette un omicidio. Il quinto comandamento dice: "non uccidere", no: "non uccidere a meno che non si tratti di...".
C'è anche un detto che calza al pennello: "fate ciò che dico e non ciò che faccio", ovviamente riferita ai preti! XD
